• an excellent coder with an intuitive grasp of technology
• passionate about coding
• has web development experience and an enthusiasm for PHP
(Drupal/Zend Framework and Java/J2EE a plus)
• has UI skills (HTML, JavaScript, CSS etc)
• knows Relational Databases and SQL.
• not afraid to learn and figure things out for themselves
And optionally ...
• knows his/her way around Linux systems
• comfortable with Agile practices and Test Driven Development (TDD)
• has a computer science degree or working on it
